What forms of payment do you accept?Payments are set-up to be auto-deducted from your credit card on the 1st of every month. First month rent will be pro-rated on a daily basis. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept cash, checks, or money orders.

Is your boat storage facility secure?Our storage facility is equipped with many cameras that record all movement on the property every minute of the day, 365 days a year. For further reliability, the video recordings are backed up to remote servers and accessible remotely for ongoing monitoring and surveillance. Our site is fully secured with high-security fencing and enclosures. Our top priority is to ensure your property remains safe and secure while it's in our care.

Will there be someone there to let me through the security gates?No. We make renting storage space easy and hassle free! We operate online as much as possible to create a simple leasing experience and to keep costs down to provide convenient, effective, efficient, and affordable parking solutions for our customers. There are no employees on site or anyone you need to call or visit for availability or pricing. All the information you need is located on this website. As soon as you complete our online check out you will receive a phone call to set up autopay and your own personal security pass code that will allow you access to your unit 24/7. It's that easy!

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?We require government-issued photo ID (example: driver's license, state ID, or passport). Vehicle information (License plate and vehicle VIN number required). Vehicle/vessel proof of registration, if applicable. Proof of insurance (Copy of insurance card or policy page).

Will my rates increase constantly?We keep our rates as low as possible, and we'll provide you at least a month's notice if our rates increase. We offer up to a year of pre-paid discounted storage that will lock in your rate if you opt for a long term lease. Contact us if you need more information about our rates, and we're happy to answer all of your questions.

What types of vehicles can be stored?All boats, recreational vehicles, automobiles and trailers.

Do I need insurance?Insurance is the tenant's responsibility. Store My Boat LLC does not insure the customer's vehicle or other property. Insurance is required on all stored vehicles/vessels.

Is your facility insured?Yes, We have building and general liability insurance. You are responsible for insuring your property and belongings.

When will I receive a gate code? When can I move in?If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime after receiving your personal gate code. Once the contract is signed with all the required documentation and autopay is set up, you will be given a personal security code to enter the facility.

How much notice needs to be given before I move out?All short term contracts are month-to-month. However, we do require a 30-day written notice before you move out. Email Store My Boat LLC to submit your notice.

Do I need to sign a long-term lease?No, we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer requests otherwise to lock in a longer term without rate increases with our pre-paid options.

What type of lock do I need?You are responsible for providing your own lock. We recommend a round disc padlock and can be found at any home iprovement store.

Are there electrical hook ups on site?No. Where available on the facility, electrical outlets shall be for temporary use only. No permanent use shall be permitted. “Permanent Use” shall be defined as longer than twenty four (24) hours.
